Why are we here?

It has been said that once the mind has been expanded by an idea or concept, it can never return to its original way of thinking.

~Dolores Cannon

I grew up in a Catholic background with parents who had a common understanding of life. As a young person with little experience, I interpreted life as being born, living a meager existence, and then dying. However, I have always wondered what happens after death. I was told that the body perishes, we await judgment day, and there are only two options: Heaven and Hell. The fear of dying, the pain that comes with losing loved ones, and the possibility of going to hell terrified me. I constantly reflected on how God would judge every action, word, and decision in my life. I had many questions, such as why bad people and murderers exist. Recently, I started to understand some of these questions, and some of the answers explained why we are here. I know that the ideas I'm going to share with you might raise more questions than answers, but for me, they expand my consciousness and break down the walls that we build around ourselves. It makes me appreciate being alive, being in my body, and loving every living being around me. The most difficult thing I find is thinking that you know a lot about something and believing that you are right or knowing less about something and assuming that you are wrong. My purpose is to feed your curiosity and encourage you to find out the answers for yourself.

Reincarnation and Souls Contracts

As per the concept of reincarnation and soul contracts, the eternal soul has the ability to choose what it wishes to experience, feel, and learn before each lifetime. I have acquired extensive knowledge about "Soul Contracts" from Dolores Cannon, a hypnotherapist who performed thousands of hypnosis therapy sessions and authored several books based on her past life regression therapy sessions. She explains the process of how the soul enters the body based on what it wants to experience. Various factors, such as lessons or tasks that we failed to learn in previous lives, new scenarios we wish to explore, and the roles we can play in the lives of our soul family members, are determined. Our soul family is similar to our human birth families, and its purpose is to support, love, guide, nurture, protect, and ultimately help accelerate each other's spiritual growth. The fundamental building blocks of all soul contracts include the time, date, and place of our birth, the family we are born into, specific people who are destined to come into our lives, significant themes or lessons meant to unfold during our lives and our deaths. We experience difficult life situations to learn essential life lessons such as self-love, patience, and compassion and not to be a martyr or a victim. These contracts are not set in stone and allow for free will and choices to shape our journey. However, certain patterns and themes may repeat, indicating that our soul must pay attention and learn from them. Understanding this concept can help us comprehend our purpose and why we are here.

What is the role of spirit guides, Archangels, Ascended masters, and deceased loved ones during our time on earth?

In spiritual teachings, it is believed that guides, archangels, and ascended masters play significant roles in our lives. Guides are loving spirits that offer support, wisdom, and protection throughout our journey on Earth. Archangels are beings of immense light and power who oversee different aspects of the universe, such as healing or protection. They are often called upon for assistance in times of need. Ascended masters are individuals who have reached a high level of spiritual evolution after walking on Earth in human form. They continue to guide us towards enlightenment and embody qualities of compassion and wisdom. Many believe that these spiritual beings exist to offer guidance, protection, and support as we navigate life's challenges. Deceased loved ones also play an important role in our lives after they have transitioned. They may show up in subtle yet meaningful ways, such as through vivid dreams that provide a sense of peace and closure. How we choose to interact with the non-physical world depends on our personal beliefs and choices.

The major takeaway is that our existence is much deeper and more spiritual than what meets the eye. We are not merely physical beings but spiritual ones who have chosen to incarnate into human bodies to learn about emotions and experience life in this physical form. This is where the concept of the soul contract comes in. The soul contract explains that we are here to fulfill a purpose, and we chose our experiences, challenges, family, and desired impact before we came here.

Forgetting these choices makes our experience more exciting, like playing a game. Some players are conscious, while others are not. Observing and understanding our life experiences helps us remember our purpose and soul contract, making it easier to navigate through life. We see people as fellow souls playing this game with us, and we understand that our actions have a significant impact on others.

Life reviews from near-death experiences demonstrate this impact. We get to see why we chose our experiences and how much free will we had. This is where we can learn from our mistakes and make better choices.

Remembering ourselves as souls each morning reminds us of our purpose in this lifetime. We chose to bring light to the world and make it brighter in our own unique way. We have a team of light, as I explained above that we can call upon for guidance and support. This team can be made up of angels, spirit guides, or loved ones who have passed on. They are always with us, and we can receive guidance from them in various ways, such as repeated numbers or angel numbers, dreams, visions, or messages from others.

When we are connected to our spiritual selves and our team of light, we can fulfill our purpose and live a more fulfilling life. We can navigate challenges with grace and ease, and we can be a source of light and inspiration to others. Our soul contract helps us understand why we are here and how we can make the most of our time on this earth.

I hope this message finds you with an open heart to receive.
